At last some rain to speak of in the night

Mid December rain last night. What a relief after such a dry October November December caused by La Nina and a negative Indian Ocean Dipole. The Kenya Meteorological Dept, which is pretty accurate these days, forecasts more this week, a last spasm, perhaps, of the ITCZ before the desiccating kaskazi really sets in?
